This high pressure valves operate with a pressure between 1000 and 3000 PSI. Medical, laboratory, instrumentation and industrial companies, etc. that require high pressure bottled gas with media such as 02, C02 and compressed Nitrogen use our valve in various applications.
When the valve coil is energized, the plunger moves towards the sleeve end stop. The plunger accelerates freely for a short distance before contacting the shoulder of the sealing pin. This contact imparts significant force on the pin, lifting the seat. When the coil is de-energized, a return spring applies force directly to the pin to seal the orifice. The valve should be mounted within 30 degrees of vertical and is suitable for air, other non-corrosive gases, water, and oil.
Kel-F pin as the sealing element.
