PeterPaul single orifice valves feature a closed orifice in the energized position, preventing any flow between the inlet and outlet ports. Utilizing the same kinetic energy impact mechanism as the EH22, these valves incorporate an internal rocker arm to reverse the action of the sealing pin. When the coil is de-energized, the kinetic energy of the plunger is applied to one end of the rocker arm, lifting the sealing pin on the opposite end against high pressure. A return spring acts directly on the pin, sealing the orifice when the coil is energized. These valves are suitable for use with air, other non-corrosive gases, water, and oil.
