Miniature Circulation Heaters Type EX

Description

Miniature circulation heaters provide an economical source of heating in many applications. In stationary systems, these heaters do not normally require mounting support other than the inlet and outlet piping connections.

Construction
The basic construction of this series of heaters is to accept a suitable screwplug heater. The pipe is insulated and protected by the steel casing. Units are available with or without thermostats and with general purpose, moisture resistant or explosion-proof terminal housings.

TYPE EXC – All wetted parts in brass or copper. Used for heating water, glycol water solutions or other liquids of low viscosity which will not corrode the heater materials.

TYPE EXF – Incoloy elements with steel screw plug and
vessel. Used for heating oils, low pressure steam, preheating instrument air, etc. Select lower watt density listings for heavier liquids.
