Hotstart OSE Oil Heating System

The HOTSTART OSE is a compact, UL C/US-listed oil heating system designed for North American hazardous locations (Class 1, Div. 2, Group D, T3 or Class 1, Zone 2, Group IIA T3). Ideal for gas compressors and offshore equipment, it maintains optimal oil viscosity by continuously circulating heated oil through the sump or lubrication system, ensuring consistent temperature for engine and compressor protection.

The OSE provides continuous lubrication to key components, reducing wear and maintenance while eliminating the need for a separate prelube pump, motor, and controller. Its pre-packaged, foot-mounted design includes all necessary components and allows easy integration into existing control systems with remote automation and customer interface connections.

Built for oil and gas applications, the OSE supports reliable startup in freezing temperatures and prevents condensation in warm, humid climates—maximizing equipment readiness and reducing downtime.
