Hotstart OSA Oil Heating System
The HOTSTART OSA is a compact, IECEx/ATEX-certified oil heating system designed for hazardous locations. Ideal for gas compressors and offshore equipment, it maintains optimal oil viscosity by continuously circulating heated oil through the sump or lubrication system—ensuring consistent temperature and reliable engine or compressor protection.
The OSA provides continuous lubrication to key components, reducing wear, maintenance, and the need for a separate prelube pump, motor, and controller. Its user-friendly, foot-mounted, pre-packaged design includes all necessary components and features remote automation with easy integration into existing control systems.
Engineered for oil and gas operations, the OSA supports instant startup in cold climates and prevents condensation in warm, humid environments—enhancing system readiness and minimizing downtime.
