Hotstart OLA Oil Heating System

The HOTSTART OLA is an IECEx-certified, high-capacity oil heating system built for hazardous location applications. With heating power up to 24 kW and strong pump performance, it supports the largest engine and compressor lubrication needs. Its pre-packaged, plate-mounted design allows easy skid installation, while remote automation and interface connections ensure seamless integration into existing control systems.

The OLA circulates heated oil continuously through the sump or lubrication system, maintaining optimal viscosity to protect engine and compressor components. It provides the necessary flow for pressure permissives at startup—eliminating the need for a separate prelube pump, motor, and controller—while reducing wear and maintenance.

Ideal for oil and gas operations, the OLA ensures immediate startup in cold climates and prevents condensation in warm, humid conditions, enhancing equipment readiness and reducing downtime.
