The HOTSTART CLP is a high-capacity coolant heating system designed to maintain optimal engine temperatures for diesel and gas engines in stationary land power and marine applications. This user-friendly, pre-packaged system includes all required components and features remote automation and customer interface connections for easy integration into existing control systems.

By circulating heated coolant throughout the engine block, the CLP ensures uniform temperature, prevents hot spots, and reduces the risk of overheating at shutdown. It improves startability, lowers NOx emissions at startup, and eliminates the need for extended idling—cutting maintenance costs.

In warm, humid environments, the CLP prevents condensation in the cylinders by maintaining temperatures above the dew point, reducing starting issues and wear.
