Hotstart CLM Coolant Heating System

Hotstart’s CLM marine heating system is a powerful coolant preheater designed to enable large-displacement marine, diesel, gas, and stationary engines to start cleanly and deliver full power immediately—eliminating warm-up delays and costly idling.

Available in various power levels and voltages up to 690 V (50/60 Hz), the CLM offers customizable fluid connections and interfaces for easy integration into existing power, control, and plumbing systems. Its compact design includes remote control connections, system status monitoring, a pressure relief valve, and dual PT-100 sensors for precise temperature control.

Ideal for humid marine environments, the CLM prevents cylinder condensation during cooldown, reducing starting problems and maintenance needs. Supported globally through Hotstart’s offices and dealer network, it ensures fast delivery and localized service.
