Units ranging from 20 to 48 kW, all rated at 480 V, feature a built-in 24 V transformer for low-voltage remote thermostat applications. Each unit includes automatic reset limit controls that shut off the heater in the event of overheating. The heating element is a circular copper-clad steel sheath with continuously brazed steel fins, designed to align with the airflow pattern of the fan blade.

The fan assembly is protected by a heavy-gauge, chrome-plated wire guard with close spacing. The welded steel cabinet is built with a heavy gauge and finished with a durable powder coating. It includes a control compartment with a hinged, latched access door, simplifying wiring installation and maintenance.

Individually adjustable louvers allow for customized airflow direction, and the entire unit can be repositioned on-site for downflow, upflow, or left/right directional airflow. The motors are totally enclosed, 1-phase, permanently lubricated, and thermally protected. Models from 3 to 10 kW are equipped with unit bearings, while models from 12.5 to 48 kW use sleeve bearings, all mounted on rubber insulators to reduce vibration and noise.
