Our HOTSTART Hazardous Location Solutions Include:
- OSA Oil Heating System – A compact, circulating oil heater designed for gas compressors and offshore equipment. By keeping lubrication oil at the optimal viscosity, the OSA ensures smooth startups and reduces component wear—eliminating the need for a separate prelube pump. Power Options: 1.5 – 4 kW
- E Series Industrial Immersion Heaters – can heat lube oil, hydraulic fluid, water, antifreeze, asphalt, petroleum and other critical fluids. These Immersion Heaters come with a fixed-setting thermostat; optional thermostat ranges are available. This range can be supplied with threaded or threadless fitting for easy installation into your system. Power Options: 1000 – 20000 W | Available in a full range between 120 to 480V
- CLA Large-Capacity Coolant Heater – Designed for heavy-duty engine heating applications, the CLA features high-powered circulation (up to 66 kW) to maintain uniform temperatures across large engine blocks. Ideal for preventing hot spots and ensuring full-power availability from startup. Power Options: 6 – 66 kW
- CSA Compact Coolant Heater – Engineered for gas compression and offshore applications, the CSA delivers consistent coolant circulation, preventing overheating and condensation buildup in high-humidity environments. Designed for seamless integration into your control systems. Power Options: 3 – 12 kW.
